All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or full refund.

Orders and payment

• Orders are processed during business hours (Mon - Sun / 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
• Payment is charged at the time of order placement
• You will receive an order confirmation email after a successful purchase

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the continental United States from our warehouse at 479 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Nexora Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your address before placing an order.

Returns and refunds

Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at info@nexoraoutdoors.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

Products are sold as described. We do not offer extended warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

Nexora Outdoors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
